This lot features an Alvin Robertson 1985-86 San Antonio Spurs game worn jersey as well as his 1986-87 shorts and 1987-88 Spurs warm up jacket. The Russell size 42 Alvin Robertson Spurs jersey has 1 inch of added body length. The jersey is all original with no alterations and exhibits excellent overall use. The Russell size 42 swatch and +1 Extra Body Length tag is sewn in to the lower left front tail. The 1986-87 shorts include the Sand Knit San Antonio Spurs exclusivity tag as well size 32, +1" added body length and #21 player uniform number. The 1987-88 Spurs warm up jacket include the Sand Knit San Antonio Spurs exclusivity tag as well size 42, +2" added body length, '87 year swatch and #21 player uniform number. Robertson was the 7th overall pick of the 1984 NBA Draft and was one of the best all around players of the 1980's, being named to 4 All Star Games. He averaged 14 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists and 3 steals per game for his career and was named to 6 NBA All Defensive teams. He was also a member of the 1984 Team USA Gold Medal winning basketball team with Jordan, Ewing and coach Bobby Knight. Robertson has signed his name very large on the front with black marker. Very nice jersey from a very under rated talent.
