This 1987 Minnesota Twins World Series Championship lot features 7 Gatewat Cachets with 10 autographs from the memorable 7 game series, each of which is stamped the day of each game. The home team won all 7 games of this historic series. Game 1 has been signed by Dan Gladdden and Steve Lombardozzi. Game 2 has been signed by newly inducted HOF'er Bert Blyleven, game 3 by Tom Brunansky, game 4 by Joe Niekro, game 5 by HOF Cardinals shortstop Ozzie Smith, game 6 by Kent Hrbek and Kirby Puckett and game 7 by Frank Viola and Jeff Reardon. Viola was named the Series MVP as he won game 7 with Reardon earning the save. Hrbek was the hero of game 6 as he hit a grand slam to ensure a game 7 with the Cardinals holding a 3-2 lead at the time. Also included in the lot is an unused ticket from the memorable 6th game. Great 1987 Twins collectible.
