Walt Alston signed personal check originating directly from the Walt Alston Estate. Beautiful, bold Alston signature on this check dated November 15th, 1959. Alston made the check out for a $12 to Grove Veterinary Clinic. He managed the Brooklyn / Los Angeles Dodgers from 1954 through 1976, signing 23 one-year contracts with the team. Regarded as one of the greatest managers in baseball history. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from the Walter Alston Estate. Nice "vintage" signed Alston check.
