This lot features a stunning 2007 Oregon Ducks Sun Bowl Champions NCAA Football Ring. This aesthetically appealing player's ring has 38 sparkling CZ Diamonds mounted on top, weighs 26.8 grams and is sized 13.5 to 14. This ring is extremely rare as it was only issued to the players and coaches and was not made available to the public. This particular ring was presented to Daniel Padilla #41, who played in the game and was the Ducks placekicker. Oregon finished the 2007 football season with a 9-4 record earning them a ranking of 23rd in the nation. Oregon's 56-21 thrashing of South Florida in the Sun Bowl on December 31, 2007 in El Paso, Texas put them on the map and would set the stage for incredible recruiting classes in the years following this game. This stunning ring is all original & was made by world renown ring manufacturer JOSTENS. It has all the proper markings engraved inside ("C" in a circle for copyright, "J" in a diamond for Jostens, & LTM), and is in excellent condition.
