This lot features the highly coveted Michael Jordan 198-85 Star Co. rookie card #101. Amazingly, it is still sealed in the original bagged set that it was distributed in nearly 30 years ago. The Jordan cards remains on the top and remains in beautiful untouched condition. The Orlando Woolridge card is on the bottom of the set. This is Michael Jordan's true rookie card as it was produced and distributed 2 years before Fleer jumped into the basketball card business. This is the most coveted Jordan card and it has never been touched. Also included in this lot is the Los Angeles Lakers team set with Magic Johnson on top. This wise consignor had the foresight to purchase these 2 team sets back in 1985 and was equally wise by leaving them unopened. The Jordan card alone typically sells for approximately $3,000 in high grade condition.
