This jersey is made by Spalding and is a size 42, with both specs tagged in the outer front left tail. Collar tagging includes the name and the year (72). The jersey was recycled after 1972 in the minors, at an unspecified Yankees minor league location. The NEW YORK city wordmark was removed in the minors, and replaced with YANKEES. Also, while the number on the back was never changed, the felt inside the numbers is no longer present, leaving the navy blue borders intact and still discernible. The jersey shows moderate wear, including the alterations made for minor league recycling. Accompanied by an LOA from Dave Miedema.
