What more can you say about Kentucky? The Wildcats men's basketball team has played in 14 "Final Fours", and has 10 NCAA Championship Game appearances. UK is the winningest team in NCAA basketball history ......Both in all time wins and all time winning percentage. Kentucky's all time record currently stands at 2052-647 (.760), and leads all schools in total NCAA Tournament appearances with 51. KU is tied with North Carolina in NCAA tournament wins with an impressive 105, and ranks second, only to UCLA in "National Championships" with seven. In addition to these titles, Kentucky also has won the NIT in both 1946 and 1976. (Kentucky is the only school to win multiple NCAA and NIT titles.) Crafted by Balfour, this RARE ring is from the season which Tubby Smith led his Kentucky Wildcats to a *perfect* 16-0 regular season conference record, and the "National Championship", with a 35-4 record. Weighing 33.2 grams (1.17-Ounces) of solid gold, this large size 14 ring has "Meeks" on the side, with the "Balfour 10K" markings engraved on the inside bottom, along with his full name, "Martin Meeks", also etched inside. A fantastic piece of Wildcats history.
