This popular home white Montreal Expos jersey features "EXPOS 10" across the front and "DAWSON 10" on the back in blue tackle twill. The inside front side seam of the jersey features a "Set 1 1981" year flag tag and the Rawlings size 46 is sewn into the inside back collar. The Expos team logo patch is located on the left chest. The jersey exhibits nice game use and has 2 small pin holes in back from being displayed in a frame. Dawson has signed the front of the jersey "Best Wishes, Andre Dawson" in beautiful, black marker. Dawson is known to have one of the more attractive signatures in the hobby. Very rare, early career Expos gamer from this popular Hall of Famer. Dawson's '81 season was his best with the Expos as he finished 2nd in the NL MVP balloting while winning the Silver Slugger and Gold Glove Awards. This rare Dawson Expos gamer is brand new to the hobby and was originally acquired from a reliable source back on August 19th, 1991.
