This lot features a rare Metropolitan Stadium used seat back signed by the famed "Purple People Eaters". This popular "Old Met" seat has been signed by Alan Page, Carl Eller, Jim Marshall and Gary Larsen. Both Alan Page and Carl Eller are members of the NFL Hall of Fame. Both Jim Marshall and Gary Larsen were selected to 2 Pro Bowls. The Purple People Eaters were a major factor in the post-season success of the Vikings from the late 1960s through the 1970s. The Purple People Eaters were one of the most identifiable front fours in National Football League history.
