Original documents from the Minnesota State Legislature presented to the family of Kirby Puckett in which they passed a bill to honor the late Kirby Puckett. There would be a celebration to honor Kirby on March 12th, 2006 deemed "Kirby Puckett Day" in which many former teammates, friends and family would gave heartfelt speeches. the ceremony was televised as it took place at the Metrodome.
