Complete set of the beautiful cards from the 1964 Topps Giants issue, one of the many innovative sets distributed by Topps during their fertile 1960s period. The 3 1/8" x 5 1/4" cards featured large, sharp color photos of their subjects, with newspaper-style "stories" printed on the reverse. The 60-card set primarily consisted of stars from the era, and so the set is loaded with less-expensive Hall of Famers, and while the cards individually are affordable, complete sets are quite desirable. Average grade of EX to NM+ with some minor wear at the corners and edges, along with centering typical of Topps in the 1960s. There are 60 cards total in this popular set.
