Sandy Koufax wore this blue Los Angeles Dodgers knit dugout jacket c. 1990's either during spring training instruction and/or Old-Timers game appearance. This jacket is a zip-up, with “Dodgers” embroidered across the left chest in white lettering and "KOUFAX" sewn on the back in white tackle twill. The arms and collar of this jacket are accented with white. A Starter size medium tag is applied to the back inside collar. The jacket shows evidence of light use. Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema authenticating its use.
