Description: This Ken Griffey Jr. 1992 Seattle Mariners game used jersey features "GRIFFEY" across the back on a gray name plate as well as "24" on the front and back in blue tackle twill. "MARINERS" is sewn on the front with blue-on-yellow tackle twill. The inner left tail of the jersey features a "Rawlings 46" manufacturer's/size tag with an affixed white tag that reads "Set 1 1992" for the set and year as well as "T" which denotes custom tapering of the jersey. The jersey shows light to moderate moderate evidence of game use and is accompanied by Griffey's gray and blue undershirt. Rawlings began supplying uniforms to the Mariners early in 1992 after the team wore Russell jerseys for the first few weeks of 1992. The large red Rawlings tag and lack of sleeve logo are both consistent with 1992 Rawlings gamers in all of Major League Baseball.

Miedema concludes: "After a thorough examination of this Ken Griffey Jr. game used jersey, it is my opinion that this jersey is authentic as described and can be attributed to being used by Junior during the 1992 season."
