Well-made white cotton "Rockets" jersey worn by award-winning actor Kurt Russell in his role as high school football hero Reno Hightower during the 1986 production of "The Best of Times." Features Hightower's uniform number "12" and "ROCKETS" screened-on front and back in kelly green, accented by triple-striped sleeves. Alert viewers will note Russell does not wear the striped sleeves in game action, as does the rest of the Rockets - reason being the tight original sleeves restricted Russell's throwing motion - and a new jersey had to be put together on the spot, with stripes overlooked. This is the jersey worn in dramatic, non-game scenes.
