This jersey features a Cosby label in the outer front left tail. The size (XL) is flagged on one side of the label, with a box tag identifying the year (91) on the other side. The box tag is similar to those used by Apex One on early 1990s NFL gamers. All numbers on the jersey are screened on in white with red trim. The NOB is screened on a nameplate in white, which, in turn, is sewn on the jersey. The jersey itself displays moderate wear, including areas just below the front collar. There is also a small amount of damage on the collar trim, appearing to be the removal of the NFL shield logo. A few dirt marks are also visible on the front and back.
