This button up home white jersey features "TWINS 34" on the front and "34" on back in red-on-blue tackle twill. The inside collar of the jersey features a "34-96-1" jersey/year/set swatch sewn in. The appropriate Twins team logo patch is located on the left sleeve and the Russell Athletic manufacturer's tag and size 50 tag on the lower left front tail. This was one of the final jerseys made for Puck to be worn in a game as he was prepping for the 1996 season before abruptly being forced to retire due to complications with glaucoma. It was made for and worn by him with the intention of him wearing it during the season. Signed on the front by Puckett in bold, black marker. Rare, signed Puck game issued jersey from his final season. Accompanied by a Beckett Letter of Provenance.
