This button up road gray jersey features "MINNESOTA 34" on the front and "34" on back in red-on-blue tackle twill as well as "PUCKETT" sewn on a nameplate on back in blue tackle twill. The inside collar of the jersey features a "34-96-4" jersey/year/set swatch sewn in. The appropriate Twins team logo patch is located on the left sleeve and the Russell Athletic manufacturer's tag and size 50 tag on the lower left front tail along with -1 sleeve length. This was one of the final jerseys made for Puck to be worn in a game as he was prepping for the 1996 season before abruptly being forced to retire due to complications with glaucoma. The jersey was worn by Puck during Spring Training in 1996 but not worn in the 1996 season due to Puckett's early retirement. It was made for and worn by him with the intention of him wearing it during the season. Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from Dave Miedema. Originated from Kirby's personal collection and one of the last jerseys he ever wore on the field.
