This lot features a Kirby Puckett 1994 Minnesota Twins game used and autographed bat. This Louisville Slugger model P339 Kirby Puckett professional model bat measures 35 inches, weighs 32.7 ounces and exhibits evidence of outstanding use with a crack in the front barrel. There is checking (grain swelling) from repeated ball contact on the back barrel. Numerous ball marks and ball stitch impressions are visible on all sides of the barrel. Ball marks include blue ink transfers. There is a light coat of pine tar on the upper handle and around the center brand. The handle has been scored approximately 6.25" to enhance the grip. A Kirby Puckett autograph is on the front barrel in silver. The bat is accompanied by PSA/DNA Authentication grading the bat a GU 8. Also accompanied by a full Beckett Letter of Authenticity for the signature. Highly coveted Puckett signed game used bat.
