This lot features a Kirby Puckett 1984 game used Minnesota Twins rookie cap. This blue size 7 1/4 cap has the Twins "TC" logo embroidered on the front. New Era tag is sewn in the headband, which also features Puckett’s number “34” written on the underside of the brim in faded black marker. This cap exhibits moderate overall wear. Nice wear on this rookie cap considering he only wore it for a short time as the team wore the red caps with blue brims in '84 more often than the solid blue caps. Puckett was called up on May 8th, 1984, in the middle of a series against the California Angels. Very popular rookie Puckett game used hat. Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from Dave Miedema.
