Rare Junior Seau San Diego Chargers home blue jersey made and customized for Seau to use during the 2002 season, his 13th and final season with the Chargers. This attractive home jersey has "55" sewn on the front and "SEAU 55" sewn on back. The "02-52" year/size tag is sewn into the collar and the Reebok manufacturer tag and size tags are sewn into the tail. The jersey does not show signs of game use leading us to believe that this jersey was issued to Seau but never actually worn in a game. Extremely rare jersey for any Seau or NFL jersey collectors looking for something unique and hard to find. The jersey has been customized for Seau with 6 inches of extra length added to the body of the jersey and features Junior's trademark open sleeves. Seau has signed the back of the jersey on the first number 5 in bold, black marker and the autograph has been authenticated by PSA/DNA. Seau suffered from CTE and tragically took his own life in 2012 at the age of 43 so these signed game jerseys are virtually non existent. Beautiful jersey of this 12 time pro bowler and 2015 Hall of Fame inductee.
