This lot features a Joe Mauer Minnesota Twins game used hat worn on July 22, 2017 vs. the Detroit Tigers. During the series, the Twins honored the 30th anniversary of the 1987 World Championship team by wearing a patch on their hats. These hats are extremely rare and were only worn during that series. In the game Mauer went 1 for 5 with an RBI and Run.
The hat has Mauer’s number 7 written under the bill along with an MLB Authentication sticker (JC424192).This is an extremely rare hat with MLB authentication from this future HOFer.
