The jersey features 2 color sewn on identifiers with NOB affixed to proper nameplate and the "Eloise" script memorial patch (Carl Pohlad's Wife) on the right sleeve. It is appropriately tagged on the outer tail with Russell wash label sewn in tandem with the 7-2004-1 swatch and flagged for size and fabric content.
