Vintage 7.5 x 8.75 Jim Thorpe black and white photo featuring the legendary athlete during the opening of his "All American Club" in 1952. What makes this photo truly special is the fact that he signed the photo on the front absent his typical salutation while adding a "Good Luck" inscription. The Thorpe signature is unusually large, bold and remains in NRMT/MT-MINT condition. Very difficult signature to obtain and nearly unheard of in this condition. This highly coveted signed and inscribed Thorpe wire photo has been stamped "SAT June 14 1952" on the back. Accompanied by a full JSA Letter of Authenticity.
