This lot features a Jackie Robinson single signed Official American League Joseph Cronin (1959-1974) mini baseball. Jackie passed away entirely too young in 1972 at the age of only 53 meaning this ball signed sometime between 1959-1972. Robinson became the first African-American to play in Major League Baseball (MLB) in the modern era. Robinson broke the color barrier when he started at first base for the Brooklyn Dodgers on April 15, 1947. Rare and coveted Jackie Robinson single signed baseball. Important to note that the photo of the signed baseball next to the other one are for scale purposes only. Accompanied by a full Beckett Letter of Authenticity.
