This lot features an extremely rare Harmon Killebrew game used Minnesota Twins worn by "The Killer" during the 1966 baseball season. This Wilson size 7 navy blue hat has the red/white "TC" logo on the front and shows quality game use. Killebrew's #3 has been written in faded black marker under the bill and the "JC2" manufacturers code pinpoints the date on manufacturer to January of 1966. Killebrew had 39 HR's, 110 RBI and a .281 BA in 1966 finishing 4th in the AL MVP voting. Killebrew has signed under the bill in black sharpie as well as the top in silver sharpie. An autographed magazine is included in this lot showing a photo match of Harmon wearing this particular hat. Accompanied by MEARS Letter of Authenticity as well as James Spence Authentication.
