This special limited edition George Mikan miniature bronze statue was created for George Mikan Day in 2001 when Minnesota honored Mr. Mikan and created a life sized bronze sculpture to display in the Target Center lobby. This exact replica of the life size sculpture is a limited edition #10/20 and signed by Mikan in black marker with his number "99" & "Mr. Basketball" inscription. Accompanied by a letter of provenance from a member of the Twins Cities Committee formed to honor George Mikan as the signature was obtained by him in person. Very rare and attractive display item.
