Offered is a 1994 signed USA Olympic Team jacket that belonged to Winter Games gold medalist Dan Jansen. Jansen dominated the 1,000 meter speed skating event at the '94 Winter Games in Lillehammer, Norway after many years of coming up short. The offered zip-up jacket bears the 94 Olympics logo on the left chest, and "Champion" is stitched to the right. On the back, the mostly nylon garment displays "USA" in tackle twill along with 2 tackle twill stars. This XL jacket displays light use with no alterations. Jansen has also signed the front of the jacket in black sharpie and it rates a 9/10 in strength. Jansen was elected into the USA Olympic Hall-of-Fame in 2004. This jacket grades an A10 by MEARS and is also PSA/DNA authenticated, JSA Authenticated and is accompanied by all letters from MEARS, PSA, & JSA. Also included in this lot is a jacket that Jansen wore during the 1992 Olympic Games in Calgary. Truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to own a piece of Olympic history.
