The jersey has the pro-issued code of 0062 on the inside tag, and also carries the team logo patch (Texas) on the left sleeve. The jersey is attributed to 2002 after comparisons to game photos from 2001 and 2002. The jersey itself shows light to moderate wear. Accompanied by an LOA from Dave Miedema.
