This lot features a Chuck Knoblauch 1991 Minnesota Twins game used rookie model M110 bat exhibiting quality overall use with ball marks, ball stitch impressions, #11 written on the knob and "KNOB" written on the barrel end. Knoblauch signed a contract with Louisville Slugger eventually but earlier in 1991 his bats still had block lettering. Rare 1991 AL ROY bat as many Knoblauch rookie bats misspelled his last name.
Chuck Knoblauch, a versatile second baseman, left an indelible mark on the Minnesota Twins during his tenure with the team. Playing from 1991 to 1997, Knoblauch was a key catalyst for the Twins' success during that period, earning four All-Star selections and the American League Rookie of the Year award in 1991. Renowned for his exceptional speed, on-base skills, and defensive prowess, he was an integral part of the Twins' World Series championship team in 1991. Knoblauch's ability to set the table for the offense and make game-changing plays on both sides of the ball solidified his legacy as one of the franchise's most impactful players.
