This lot features Bert Blyleven’s 1993 Minnesota Twins final career Spring Training used glove. This Rawlings professional model PRO-2XBF fielder’s glove displays evidence of light usage. Light wear can be seen in the pocket, face of the web, and throughout the body of the glove. BLY28 appears on the back of the thumb sleeve in black marker. Also Blyleven’s number 28 is marked on the back pinky sleeve. This is the final glove Blyleven used during his 22 year Hall of Fame career. Accompanied with a letter from PSA/DNA as a “Post Career” professional model glove as Blyleven never made the roster out of spring training. In addition, this glove comes with a signed letter of provenance from Blyleven.
