Bert Blyleven Signed “In His Words” Career Reflection 16x20 Photo Limited 14/28 w/Blyleven Signed Letter of Provenance

This lot features a signed 16x20 photo of Hall of Famer Bert Blyleven, hand numbered 14/28 in the series. This limited edition photo has been inscribed in his words, reflecting back on his 22 year Major League Career. It reads the following:

Signing out of high school I never imagined I would be making my ML debut less than a year later. Facing my 1st ML hitter, Lee Maye of the Washington Senators in 1970, he hit a home run! But, we won the game 2-1 for my 1st ML win. 22 years later I had so many great memories, including being part of 2 WS championships. The 1979 Pirates and the 1987 Twins. Thank you to all my teammates and the fans for helping me make my childhood dreams be fulfilled. You are all “Hereby Circled”.
