Bert Blyleven Baseball Hall of Fame Class of 2011 Custom Cherry Wood Box Signed w/Long Inscription 17x17” w/Blyleven Signed Letter of Provenance

This lot features Bert Blyleven’s 2011 Baseball Hall of Fame custom cherry wood presentation box that was given to him during his induction weekend. The box measure 17x17” with a felt lining it features the Baseball Hall of Fame building and reads Bert Blyleven Class of 2011. Blyleven signed the box and included HOF 2011. Additionally, he inscribed the emotional story of what was going through his head when he received the call to the hall, it reads:

“It was a “dream day” when I got the phone call letting me know that I was inducted in the HOF. The 1st thing I did was hug my wife Gayle and thought about my mom and dad”!
