Ovechkin has become the most prolific scorer the game has ever seen having recently passed "The Great One," to become the NHL's All-Time leader in career goals scored. Ovie has 19 seasons of at least 30 goals under his belt and finished the 2022-23 season with 42 goals and 75 points in 73 games. During this 6-4 win over the Canucks, Alex The Great scored career goals #781 and #782 while adding 2 more assists for a total of 4 points on the day. This day was truly special since these 2 goals allowed Ovechkin to pass Brett Hull and move into 2nd place All-Time for the most multi-goal games.
