This vintage official Spalding Pete Rozelle AFL Football has been signed by a whopping 38 members of the 1969 Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs. It's hard to imagine a nicer example in the hobby as the signatures remain bold and legible. Signatures include: Len Dawson, Otis Taylor, Mike Garrett, Bobby Bell, Jan Stenerud, Frank Pitts, Willie Lanier, Curley Culp, Tom Flores, Emmitt Thomas, Buck Buchanan and Ed Podolak. The Chiefs were heavy underdogs against the Minnesota Vikings but would prevail 23-7 to win Super Bowl IV capping off an 11-3 season. The contrast of the signatures against the 3 white panels is stunning. Simply one of the nicest 1969 Chiefs balls in the hobby.
