We have had several of these over the years and they appear to be film crew jerseys from the production of The Bad News Bears starring Billy Bob Thornton. It is very common for the cast and crew members to receive a memento (typically clothing) from each production they work on. This is a nice quality jersey with stitched lettering on the front and transfer on the rear. The rear transfer is of the infamous "Chico Bail Bonds" logo seen in the film. COA: Hollywood Prop Supply.
