The beautifully framed autographed "Tim Brown 81" Oakland Raider Original Acrylic Painting on Illustration Board by renowned Sports Artist, Ben Teeter, is also signed and dated by the Artist. The framed dimensions of this awesome painting are 14" X 17". The painting has a Tristar Authentication Hologram affixed to the front of the painting next to Brown's signature. This beautiful framed painting is in excellent condition.
A serially numbered, destructible eggshell tamper-proof seal is affixed to the painting and it is accompanied by a tamper-proof, forge-proof, copy-proof Certificate of Authenticity from Elaine's Fine Art. The COA also has a matching serially numbered seal affixed to it. Any tampering with the seals causes the seal to fragment, making it impossible to reuse, further insuring the authenticity of the item.
Tim Brown established himself as one of the NFL’s most prolific and successful wide receivers. This Notre Dame standout won the Heisman Trophy in 1987 becoming the first wide receiver to ever win the award.
In his first year with the Raiders, he led the league in kickoff returns, return yards and yards per return average. He was voted to the Pro Bowl nine times and in 2002 he surpassed Raider great Gene Upshaw in games played as a Raider with 224. He set other Raider franchise records for receptions, receiving yards and punt return yards.
This future Hall of Famer is currently starting a NASCAR racing team as part of their Drive for Diversity program.
