Team USA Hockey & MeiGray Group combined to offer the jerseys from 2014 Sochi Winter Olympic Games with the proceeds benefitting the USA Hockey Foundation. The Olympic Winter Games were held in Sochi, Russia from February 7, 2014 through February 23, 2014. This white throwback jersey was worn by Parise during the during the pre-game warm ups and first period of Team USA's 5-1 victory over Slovenia on February 16, 2014 at Shayba Arena in Sochi. The jerseys were collected after each game by Team USA's equipment staff. The jersey offered in this auction has been security-tagged with an individually serial-numbered USA Hockey-MeiGray Authentication Program inventory tag. This jersey, a Size 56, has been registered in the USA Hockey-MeiGray Game-Worn Authentication Program as number USA09295. Parise is one of the best American born hockey players to ever play the game and is very popular amongst collectors.
