Rare mid 1980's Chicago Bears MacGregor Sand Knit size 44 jersey signed on the back by Walter Payton in black marker. Sweetness has added a #34 inscription and smiley face on the back #4. The jersey has the GSH lettering on the left sleeve in honor of the late George Halas. It is extremely difficult to find these vintage 1980's Bears jersey signed by Payton who passed away way too soon at the age of only 45 in 1999 due to a rare liver disease. Attractive jersey with a beautiful signature. Payton was a 9 time pro-bowler and was the NFL's all time rushing leader with 16,726 yards when he retired in 1987. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA Letter of Authenticity.
