This lot features one of the most sought after cards in the famous T206 baseball card set in the HOF'er and 3,000 Hit Club member, Tris Speaker. This example has eye popping color, crystal clear registration, solid corners and very clean back. Somehow, this card "only" earned a grade of PSA 6 EX-MT. Aesthetically, this card has the look of a much higher grade but would be a welcome addition to the most discriminating T206 collectors. The latest PSA Population report lists only 8 samples to earn a higher grade than PSA 6 (with only 7 PSA 6's) There is 1-PSA 6.5, 4-PSA 7's and 3-PSA 8's. This one compares favorably with the hobby's best examples.
