Blonde Rich Rollins c. 1961-64 Minnesota Twins game used Louisville Slugger block letter D89 baseball bat exhibiting quality overall use with ball marks, ball stitch impressions, handle crack and pine tar. Rollins was the third baseman on the on the 1965 Minnesota Twins World Series team. Rich Rollins is a former American Major League Baseball player who played third base for several teams, including the Minnesota Twins, Cleveland Indians, and Seattle Pilots, between 1961 and 1970. He is best known for his time with the Twins, where he was part of the team that won the 1965 American League pennant. Rollins was an All-Star in 1962 and finished his career with a batting average of .269, 77 home runs, and 422 RBIs in 1,032 games. After retiring from baseball, he became a successful businessman in the Twin Cities area. Rollins was inducted into the Minnesota Twins Hall of Fame in 2001.
