This lot features a vintage 1926 Babe Ruth-endorsed board game which recreates a typical baseball game through the use of a printed ball field, counters, and cards. Kids loved it. (And with Ruth’s photograph on the cover, collectors love it, too.) “My own authorized baseball game Babe Ruth” is facsimile printed three times on each side and once on each end in his handwriting. The game rules and scorecard template are printed inside the cover. This Milton Bradley-manufactured game remains in remarkable condition considering is nearly a century old. Incredibly rare and highly coveted Babe Ruth collectible.
