This lot contains a rare un-punched ballot from the first year that MLB distributed ballots in 1970. Typically, you see these ballots either punched or written on because fans actually filled out the ballots and mailed them in. These un-punched ballots free of any writing are becoming dinosaurs in today's day and age of electronic voting.
