Blonde Paul Molitor 1979 Rawlings Adirondack Big Stick block letter model 323B bat measuring 34 inches and weighing 32 ounces. The bat shows quality player use characteristics with ball marks, stitch marks, cleat marks, crack/grain swelling on back barrel, restored foil stamp on barrel and #4 written on the knob in black marker. Molitor is a member of baseball's exclusive 3,000 Hit Club and this is one of his nicest and earliest bats ever offered. The 1979 season was only Molitor's 2nd season in the big leagues and he batted .322 with 33 stolen bases and a lofty .469 Slugging percentage in a his breakout season. He had 188 hits in 1979, well on his way to baseball immortality. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA/John Taube LOA grading the bat a GU 6.5 overall.
