He played for the Cleveland Browns in the All-America Football Conference (AAFC) and the National Football League (NFL) from 1946 to 1955, leading the team to seven championships during his tenure. Graham was known for his accuracy, leadership, and ability to read defenses, and was one of the first quarterbacks to regularly incorporate the option play into his game.
