Very unique, on-of-a-kind New York Yankees hand carved bat created by sculpture/artist Benjamin Blackburn. The bat is absolutely stunning in it's detail. Yankee legends depicted on this bat include Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, Thurman Munson and Don Mattingly. Sculptor Benjamin Blackburn typically creates his art from mahogany or cedar, but the concept is the same. The baseball players he depicts exist within the wood, and it is his work, and passion, to free them for others to enjoy. Very unique New York Yankees one-of-a-kind collectible.
