This lot features a rare Larry O'Brien signed letter on NBA stationary. O'Brien was the commissioner of the NBA from 1975-1984 and led the ABA-NBA merger. He passed away in 1990. The NBA Championship trophy is now named the Larry O'Brien Trophy.
