Mattel's Barbie 50th Anniversary NASCAR Collector Edition Nib Hot Wheels doll adds another profession to Barbie's ever-growing list of titles: NASCAR driver. Clad in a blue jumpsuit, NASCAR Barbie's outfit is accurate right down to the sponsor logos. Rather than use logos from real companies, though, Barbie's sponsors are Hot Wheels, a fun nod to Mattel's other big toy franchise. Barbie collectors find two hats in the set for different display options. The race visor is frequently seen by racers when they are out of the car while the Barbie helmet makes it look like she is ready to start racing. Even Barbie's lipstick is carefully picked out for this set, featuring a color that Mattel dubbed racing red. To round out the set, the box features NASCAR 50th anniversary artwork.
