Description: The knit jersey features "KELLY" across the back in blue tackle twill on a white name plate as well as "TWINS" across the chest and his number "10" on both sides, all in red-on-blue tackle twill. The front tail of the jersey features a "Russell" manufacturer's tag, 48 size tag and a swatch underneath that reads "10-01-2" for the jersey's number year and set. The appropriate 100 Year American League patch adorns the right sleeve while the Twins "TC" logo patch is located on the left sleeve. The 9/11 is placed on the back neck of the jersey over the MLB logo patch. The jersey shows light to moderate evidence of game use and has been signed by Kelly on the front in black marker.

Miedema concludes: "After a thorough examination of this Tom Kelly game used jersey, it is my opinion that this jersey is authentic as described and can be attributed to being used by Kelly during the 2001 season while managing with the Minnesota Twins."
