Sandy Koufax wore this blue Los Angeles Dodgers heavy lined dugout jacket c. late 1970's-early 1980's either during spring training instruction and/or Old-Timers game appearance. This jacket is a zip-up, with “Dodgers” sewn across the chest and "KOUFAX" sewn on the back in white tackle twill. The arms and collar of this jacket are accented with white. A Goodman & Sons size 44 tag is applied to the back inside collar. The jacket shows evidence of light to moderate use. Accompanied by a Letter of Authenticity from noted game used jersey expert Dave Miedema authenticating its use.
