Rawlings professional model TG12 glove once owned by Steve Carlton of the Philadelphia Phillies and eventually given to Sid Monge who was a teammate of Carlton's in 1982 with the Phillies. The glove exhibits heavy overall use with extensive use visible in the pocket, face of the web and throughout the body of the glove. Both Steve Carlton and Sid Monge have signed the glove in black marker. Monge has added the inscription: "Game Used, Given To Me By Steve Carlton in 1982". This would seam to support the notion that the glove was initially worn by Steve Carlton c. 1978 and given to Monge in 1982. Accompanied by a PSA/DNA Letter of Authenticity for the glove and a JSA/James Spence Authentication auction Letter of Authenticity for both the Steve Carlton and Sid Monge autographs.
